The Pet Ranch is owned and operated Cindy Howlett.

Cindy has completed the only provincially licensed grooming course in Ontario. The 10 month program includes all aspects of animal behavior, health and grooming and boarding. Special emphasis was placed on animal physiology and pet psychology as well as working with geriatric, shy or nervous pets.

Cindy attended a week long seminar put on by the American Boarding Kennel Association. The focus of the seminar was Building and Operating a Quality Pet Care Service. She is now enrolled in the ABKA Professional Kennel Accreditation program. She is a life long pet owner and lover.  She is committed to provide secure, safe, and sanitary, professional supervision and loving care. She has three dogs of her own and will treat each animal as if they were a part of her family. She recognizes that the bond between pet owners and their pets is a deeply emotional one. All efforts will be made to provide a positive experience to first and foremost the pet and then the pet owner during their stay with her.
